A glamorous heiress accused of having sex with a 14-year-old has been told she can see kids while on bail.

Multimillionaire Savannah Daisley, 45, was charged in June over shocking allegations of four counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a teenager.

After successfully begging to be freed from custody until her trial, the influencer has now had her bail conditions relaxed further.

The alleged paedophile from Sydney, Australia, was arrested by the nation's Child Abuse Unit just before 11am on June 27 and remained behind bars until the end of July.

Ms Daisley, whose dad is renowned horse breeder Ross Daisley, learned on Monday that she will now be able to have supervised visits with children who cannot be identified for legal reasons.

One remaining condition of bail is that she has zero contact with former partner James Wallis or any of the prosecution's witnesses.

On Monday, Ms Daisley’s lawyer applied for her to be allowed to see some children.

The application was not opposed by the prosecution and was granted by magistrate Robert Williams.

It's alleged that Ms Daisley engaged in unlawful sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old child on four occasions on the same day on May 20, 2021.

Her defence barrister fought for her to be released on bail, saying her mental health was “deteriorating” in custody and offered up to £83,000 in surety.

And if she were to stay in prison, her health business would ultimately lose “millions of dollars” or go bust, the court was told.

“She is the only one who can work on her new products and rebranding, $300,000 will be lost immediately,” her defence barrister Gabrielle Bashir said.

“Her whole livelihood and savings would be lost if Smart Cleanse does not continue to trade, the family lives a very modest life.”

Police claim they have evidence that she made "admissions" to some of the acts after they legally tapped her phone.

Ms Daisley, who had 40,000 Instagram followers before deactivating her account, is yet to enter an official plea but her defence barrister indicated she will deny them and the case will go to trial.

Magistrate Alison Viney accepted the £83,000 surety and the reasons argued by Ms Bashir and granted bail.

She added that she was satisfied Ms Daisley would not be of significant risk to the community.

After being granted bail, Ms Daisley jumped up from her chair and exclaimed “thank you” multiple times while her father clapped from the public gallery.

Ms Daisley will now run her business Smart Cleanse while living at her parents’ home as a result of the bail conditions.
