The house is priced higher than most in the area, as the average cost on Lostock Hall Road is just £820,000.

This does appear to back onto the property somewhat, which could be an issue if you're planning to live the quiet life.

According to Propertywire.com, there is still a chance of the pandemic playing a factor in the housing market this year.
