A hungry customer claims he received a mouldy burger from McDonald's after using an online delivery service to order one of the chain's promotional specials.
Timothy Pratt, 59, says he ordered a burger from the nation's favourite fast food eatery using JustEat but was left disgusted after finding mould on the top of his bun, LancsLive reports.
Placing his order on the app, he says he got the food within 15 minutes only to be left with a mouldy bun which he says quickly ruined his appetite.

Timothy says he ordered a burger on July 1 from the Friargate branch in Preston, Lancashire.
He said he has used McDonald's and Just Eat countless time over the year and has never had a problem with it before.
He ordered from McDonald's new Italian range and ordered an Italian Stack with large fries, large Diet coke and a Raspberry Ripple ice cooler on the side.
Before heading off to work, Timothy says he ordered from McDonald's knowing it would be quick, easy and a company where you "get what you see".
Instead, he was left frustrated having not being able to eat his food and having to deal with a back and forth chain of customer service emails and phone calls.
He said: "I just didn't think you could get stuff like that from McDonalds- it's not everyday you see things like that I know sometime people go on about them getting the order wrong or it gets delivered to the wrong place, not mould on food."
As soon as he opened up the box to find mould on his burger, Timothy rang McDonald's who he says told him to speak to JustEat as "once the burger leaves the store it's down to JustEat."

After a short conversation before heading off to work, he was offered vouchers from the chain.
He said: "McDonald's sent a really apologetic email and offered vouchers but told me I had to go through JustEat to get my money back- but it wasn't solving my problems – I just wanted some dinner before work.
"They said they'd give me the voucher and if I came in they'd give me the code to get a fresh meal and I said 'look I don't really want one after seeing that I just want my money back'."

Nearly a week later he now has the vouchers from McDonald's and a confirmation email from JustEat who agreed to refund him the money.
A spokesperson for Just Eat said: "At JustEat, we take food safety extremely seriously and actively work to raise standards across the takeaway sector.
"We are sorry to hear that in this case the customer's experience fell below the high standards we hope to deliver. We can confirm we have already processed a refund for food, and we are investigating what happened with this order."
